Please review the following basic Terms and Conditions that govern your use of and purchase of services from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms of use.
1. Bookings
All bookings have to be made through NSI head office in Bangkok. All bookings will be confirmed by NSI in writing and invoice will be issued as a booking confirmation.

2. Payment
2.1 To secure booking, 30 % of Tour Package price shall be made as a deposit within 3 days after received invoice.
2.2 Full pre-payment shall be made latest 30 days before arrival date.
- Except:
- On Peak Season (20 December – 10 January), Full pre-payment shall be made latest 60 days before arrival date; OR
- Last minutes booking where booking confirmed less than 30 days before arrival date. Full pre-payment shall be made upon received confirmation and invoice.
2.3 Non-payment in advance will result in cancellation of all booked service.
2.4 Payment shall be made via any of these 2 Bank accounts are below;
3. CANCELLATION
3.1 All cancellations have to be made through NSI head office in writing.
3.2 The cancellation date is the date that NSI received a written cancellation during working hours. (Monday – Friday: 8.30 hr. – 17.30 hrs).
3.3 Cancellation fee will apply on the following circumstances;
A. Low Season (15 April – 31 October), before arrival date;
15 days – 02 days Cancellation fee = 30 %
01 day – 00 day / No show Cancellation fee = 100 %
B. High Season (01 Nov – 19 Dec & 11 Jan – 14 Apr), before arrival date;
30 days – 02 days Cancellation fee = 50 %
01 day – 00 day / No show Cancellation fee = 100 %
C. Peak Season (20 Dec – 10 Jan & Chinese New year of each year), before arrival date;
30 days – 02 days Cancellation fee = 100 %
*****: Due to the above cancellation fee, the refund is excluding:
- Bank fees or any processing fees ; and
- Air fare or Train fare ( if any tickets is included in Tour Package)
(NSI reserves its right to forfeit 30% deposit on a case by case basis, depending on supplier contract which NSI has agreed with)
4. Limit of Liabilities
NSI shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, claims, damages or any punitive losses or any consequential damages of any kind (including lost of profits or lost of saving) whether based in contract, tort or otherwise which arise out of or in anyway connected with any use of this Site or content found herein.
5. Privacy Policy
Your information is guaranteed complete privacy. Our Site uses forms in which you give us contact information (like your name, address, and e-mail address) so you can book travel services, request information and support with us. We use your customer information only when it will be important for us to contact you regarding our service. This Site also contains links to other sites. NSI is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.
6. Severability
No provision of this Terms and Conditions which may be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable will in any way invalidate any other provisions of this Terms and Conditions, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
7. Governing Law
This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by laws of Thailand.
8. Miscellaneous
Any discrepancy of Terms and Conditions between English language and others, the English language version prevails.
